Every Avelyn Shop order is carefully prepared before shipping. We want your package to arrive perfectly — that's why we take the necessary time to pack it with attention.

Shipping times and costs

Italy	5–10 business days	€4.99 (free for orders over €49.90)
Europe (EU)	7–14 business days	€6.99 (free for orders over €69.90)
Rest of the world	10–20 business days	€9.99

⏱ Processing time: Each order is processed within 1–3 business days of payment receipt. Delivery times indicated start from the shipping date, not the order date.

How it works

You receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase.
When your package ships, you receive a shipping email with a tracking number.
You can monitor the shipment in real-time via the tracking link.
In case of failed delivery, the courier will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery.

Important information

Shipments are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
For orders with multiple items, garments may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country and peak periods (e.g., holidays).
Avelyn Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs or events beyond our control.
