We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item doesn't suit you, you have 30 days from receipt to return it. The process is simple, stress-free.

How to make a return — 3 simple steps

Contact us via email

Write to shopavelynn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Ship the item back

Carefully package the product, in its original packaging if possible, and send it to the address we will provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receive your refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What we accept for returns ✅

Products unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items with all tags still attached
Items returned within 30 days of receipt
Defective products or items different from those ordered (full refund guaranteed)

What we do not accept ❌

Worn, washed, or altered products
Items without tags or with signs of use
Returns requested after 30 days from receipt
Items purchased on sale or special promotions marked as "non-refundable"

📦 Defective product or order error?
If you have received a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo. In these cases, the return is completely free, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund within 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Timelines depend on the banking circuit: generally 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of error or defect.

Size or color exchange

Currently, we do not handle direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please make a return and place a new order. If you have any doubts about the size before purchasing, write to us — we are happy to advise you.
